As always, team was prompt and efficient in examining the house inside and out, and doing the necessary treatment. We were not able to coordinate our schedules on the day he treated the exterior, so Tim returned the following day to check the inside. He reported immediately on what he found and on the treatment used. Tim continues to be professional and we appreciate all the work.

The best! They always know what they’re doing when I call about a certain bug. They also take certain measures to protect my family and Katz and I from interacting with any chemicals or traps that they place around the house. I appreciate the care and consideration they provide. Plus they always call before they arrive and give me at least 15 minutes notice!

Slash Scroll responded promptly and professionally when I reached out for information. My appointment was scheduled quickly—a tech was available for a service call within the same week. The tech arrived on time within the service window and alerted me when he was on the way. After the appointment, the tech called me as requested, so we could talk through next steps, depending on how persistent my pest problem might be. This company is responsive and easy to work with—recommend!

From in house with Jennifer who also gets back to us quickly to Ryan being so informative and working with our schedule for in house and outside treatments. Bryan was a very kind and curtious technician. He called before he arrived to give me a estimate of when he would arrive. When he showed up he fully explained what needed to be done and what steps would be taken to complete the job and kept me informed through the whole process. When he finished he let me know he was done and offered his card and said to contact him if I had any further problems or questions. Overall I was completely happy with the service and I would recommend Bryan to anyone else who needs help with the removal of bee nest.
